This is a complete Pregnancy Yoga and Birth Preparation course which incudes breathing and pain management techniques for labour, with movements and positions to prepare for, and ease childbirth.

Live online Pregnancy Yoga classes with Kat. Each 60 minute class will be broadcast over Zoom and you can join live at 6:30-7:30pm GMT/BST or enjoy the recorded class at a time to suit you.

Each class incudes stretches to melt away tension and improve flexibility, strengthening moves and poses to build your overall strength and improve your posture, plus breathing and pain management techniques for labour, with movements and positions to prepare for, and ease childbirth.
