The Course…

Class One focuses on Muladhara, the root chakra, located in the pelvic floor. We enjoy an energetically soothing and grounding class with stretches for the legs, hips and pelvic floor. We also learn the basic hypnobirthing pain management breath for labour.

Class Two focuses on Svadisthana, the sacral chakra, located in the pelvic and sacral area. We focus on stretches for the hips, and this class has so many tips on getting your baby into optimal foetal position for birth, plus deepening our knowledge of the pain management breathing for birth with added visualisation ideas.

Class Three focuses on Manipura, the solar plexus chakra and it is energetically linked with our self empowerment and core strength. Pregnancy safe core exercises during pregnancy help you keep good posture, reduce back pain, and strengthen muscles that support your bump and even help you give birth. Learn how to safely build core strength in pregnancy with this energising class.

Class Four focuses on Anahata, the heart chakra which allows us to be loving to ourselves and others. It’s location in the heart centre, means this class focuses on stretches for our upper back, chest and shoulders, relieving upper body tension, helping you breathe deeper and make space for baby, and improve your pregnancy posture.

Class Five focuses on Vishuddha, the throat chakra, all to do with communicating your needs and being heard. As mums to be, it is so important that we feel heard and can let others know exactly what we need. We balance our throat chakra in this class by stretching away neck tension and releasing stored tension in the shoulders.

Class Six focuses on the two higher chakras, Ajna & Sahasrara, located in the third eye and crown of the head. This class is blissful, floaty and helps you connect with your body, your energy and your intuition. We find peace and stillness, quietening the chatter of the mind through balances, breathing, and a beautiful connection with your baby.
