Terms and Conditions of Booking

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, attending, or participating in any class, workshop, retreat, course, event, or online session provided by Kat Sara Yoga, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Health Declaration

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are physically fit and able to participate in yoga activities.
  • You have consulted a medical professional to check the applicability of the classes and disclosed to the medical professional any relevant medical conditions, injuries, illnesses, or pregnancy that may affect your participation.
  • You will take responsibility for monitoring your own physical condition during classes.
  • You will stop immediately and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any adverse symptoms.

3. Participation at Your Own Risk

Yoga involves physical movement and, as with any physical activity, carries a risk of injury.

You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you assume responsibility for your own participation and any risks associated with it.

You agree to follow all instructions given by Kat Sara Yoga and to exercise within your own capabilities at all times.

4. Online Classes

For online classes, you are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • You have adequate space to practise safely.
  • The area is free from hazards.
  • Your equipment is suitable and in good condition.

Mama2shape accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from the condition of your practice space, equipment, internet connection, or technology used to access online sessions.

8. Cancellation and No Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Payments for classes, workshops, courses, memberships, online classes and events are non-refundable.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Changes to Services

Kat Sara Yoga reserves the right to amend timetables, class formats, pricing, and services where reasonably necessary.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Agreement

By booking or participating in any class, workshop, event, retreat, or online session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
