I practised yoga through both my pregnancies and it provided me with relief from achey, tight muscles as well as anxiety and low mood, keeping me physically and mentally strong.

It helped keep my posture good and my body toned, and helped me prepare for labour and birth.

I used powerful pain management techniques which were lovely for relaxation during pregnancy, and in labour kept me calm, with minimal medication.

I have even used the techniques subsequently for pain management while breastfeeding, or just for managing the pain of injuries or other things that inevitably occur in life!

In my Prenatal Yoga Classes I will share all this precious knowledge with you!

I have carefully created an unique set of twenty-six pregnancy yoga classes, each one focusing on meeting a different need you may have as a mama-to -be.

Membership also gives you access to my Postnatal Yoga Studio and regular Online Yoga Studio, so you can continue your yoga journey for many years to come!

In group classes, you can receive my expert teaching and guidance in person in small group classes. It is the perfect way to make great friends to share the prenatal and postnatal journey with.

The pregnancy yoga classes include hypnobirthing breathing and visualisation techniques which are amazing for keeping you calm and managing pain naturally. Even if you are planning an abdominal birth, these practices are still wonderful to learn and practise as they can help you sleep, are generally super relaxing and can be used in other areas of life for pain management.
